Chef Kevin Speltz tweaks our array of 10 plates every Thursday which will be set before you by me, Erin, the owner. If you don't agree with something, I am all ears and here for you. 

Our plates contain healthy portions and none of them involve tweezers; creativity and approachability are from the heart & hand.

Our bread is baked in Haus daily and will have one rethink a gluten-free diet.

Land animals are sourced from Fleisher's Craft Butchery right here in Red Hook. Our famous burger are ground in Haus a few times a week. Our sea based proteins change depending on what our trusted angler friends reel in responsibly. 

The wine list is ever changing because there is just so much great fermented grape juice out there! We serve wines born of traditional methods as well as feature a new crop of renegades bucking convention in the process. I choose all the wines myself, never swayed by popularity or a sales pitch but with the criteria being, "Is this s**t delicious?"
